So since Georg is busy so much I am learning a lot on my own. I am learning more independence and missing him too, especially this weekend. Georg has been really sick. He had a major fever for about 3 days and nothing was making it go away. He went to the Arzt = Dr. and found it is some bacterial infection and got an antiobiotic. So we went to church alone on Sunday and then they had a fireside Ella and I went to as well. It is hard to go alone sometimes but with all these invitations and knowing it is good I go and am always glad I went. Everyone is so nice and welcoming here.

We stayed close to home this week for our little Sunday adventure. This is what I look forward and hang onto every week, without Georg around much, knowing we will have Sunday together. We went on a walk on the island and Ella and I showed him some things since we have explored together. There is a beautiful Catholic Church here, dating back to the 1200 I think we read, it has been restored a couple of times, and it actually was a Monastery. I will write more when I can translate the pamphlet we got better. It is called St. Georg's Kirche, fitting right, though Georg goes by his first name here in Germany - Holger.
Ella even fell asleep for the first time in the stroller too. She didn't take a nap earlier that day and was so tired, she was so quiet after a little while and I looked down and found her like this. We ended up walking for an hour more until she woke up.
We also saw our Swan, on the sand. We watched it for about 5 minutes trying to get a good elegant picture of what we all know of swans, it was so funny bathing or scratching itself with its beak and then it brought its leg up scratching like a dog and then ruffled out all its feathers. Never seen that before.

Hope Georg feels better and is back to 100% soon so he can handle all that he needs to.
I'm glad that you are exploring each week and looking forward to these times. I look forward to seeing these places for myself. What a beautiful Church.
I'm sorry I haven't skyped. I did try and you weren't on :( With dad home my life is crazier and by the time I think of trying to skype you again, I'm sure you are asleep. (Midnight or so)
