Georg Graduates

I have been so utterly behind that I have so much catching up to do. My handsome man graduated from BYU in April. He is so happy to be done and excited to become the bread winner for the family. He is sad to be finishing up at the MTC Missionary Training Center for the church. He has been teaching there for about 3 and a half years. First teaching the missionaries going to Germany and recently the Mission Presidents, their wives and other senior missionaries who are going to Germany this summer. He has thoroughly enjoyed it and is a natural teacher. Everyone he has worked with has loved him, he is a lot of fun, very professional, smart and talented, and such a sweetie. President and Sister Condie are a couple that is going to Germany to be the Mission President there and they have become dear friends. For graduation, the Hickenloopers, Georg's sister Anne and her family came down to Provo for his graduation. I had a lot of fun waving at Georg and pointing him out to Jarom, Kara, and Ben. Kara sat on my lap for a lot of the time and she loved to talk to me throughout the speakers. Georg said he loved watching us both together. Afterwards we took pictures of our favorite Graduate and then went to Outback for dinner. This is Georg's favorite restaurant, since I took him there for cheesecake on his birthday in 2004. He asked to go there for his birthday in 2007! They have great food. Georg loves to get the Outback Special steak, and I get the Alice Springs Chicken. Even Kara loved it and wanted the bread recipe that they bring out complimentary, (course they don't give that out)! We enjoyed celebrating this happy and incredible achievement. Georg graduated in Political Science with an International Relations and Business emphasis.

We are still upset that you didn't even tell us that he was going to walk for graduation. I would have tried to be there.
