My dear friend Lisa, suggested that Georg and I start this blog so that we can all stay in contact better. After reading theirs I was inspired and thought it was a great idea.
It made me think back to the time when Georg and I were first getting to know each other. We were good friends and I was very much still figuring out my life. A few of our mutual friends told me that Georg thought of me as the most wonderful woman in the world and he cared for me very much. It is true he saw all of my potential and everything wonderful about me, and as I think about it now, that is all he sees in me everyday after being married for almost 6 months. It is incredible his goodness and ability to love.
We had so much fun together and could talk about anything and everything. He always listened and understood me, I had never felt anything like that from anyone before in my life and such a encouragement. He was good looking and strong, talented, smart, dedicated and always put the Lord first, everything you could imagine wonderful. Yet I just had to do my own thing. Georg the amazing man he is, was my friend always no matter what or how difficult it may have been. He knew that I was the woman he wanted in his life, prayed and dreamed that it would all come together somehow. It is beautiful! Miracle of miracles happened and the greatest dream and prayer came true for both of us. After five years of friendship we are married and committed to each other more than anything. We have the eternities to spend with each other, our best friend and greatest love in life and all that we ever dreamed of is just at our fingertips!
